Can I buy more songs after using my package?

Yes. Buy more one-song or three-song packages whenever needed, with no cumulative purchase or personal paid-generation daily count limit. Each new place covers one successful generation. Your first free preview is once per account. Service capacity and safety limits still apply.

Do I have to write the lyrics?

Bring your own lyrics or start with a story-based template. Review and edit the words before generating music. A human songwriter or separate AI lyric-writing service is not included.

What can I try before paying?

Each eligible account gets one first free generation with 30-second previews. After that, new songs need purchased places. Editing, signing in and opening a page never start generation or payment automatically.

What do the $29 and $69 packages include?

$29 covers one song; $69 covers three separate projects at $23 per song. Each place includes one successful generation, full playback, MP3s, lyrics, commercial use and a private gift page. Buying a trial song unlocks its existing recordings. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

How can I use the $69 three-song package?

The package covers three separate song projects for different people or occasions, now or later. Each project includes one successful generation. Multiple recording versions share one place. Buy more places whenever needed. Payment does not automatically generate music.

How many recordings will I receive?

A generation normally returns two versions of the same song. The final number depends on the provider. Compare them inside your project; multiple versions do not use extra song places.

Can I change the song or generate it again?

Edit the lyrics and sound before generation. A successful song does not include free revisions. For another result, start a new project and use another place. Confirmed failures return a right for a retry you confirm. Earlier orders keep their original rights.

What if generation fails or its status is uncertain?

A confirmed failure returns your generation right for a retry you confirm. Pending or uncertain requests are checked before another attempt. Each project allows up to three attempts; two confirmed failures need support review. Returned rights are not cash refunds.

When can I send the gift?

Create your gift link after generation finishes, the recordings are saved and payment is verified. Add your message and share the private link. Completion time varies; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. We do not provide cash refunds, in full or in part. Generation uses platform credits. Review your lyrics, previews and package before paying. This rule covers single songs, packages and unused places, including changes of mind or creative preferences. Payment never starts a new generation automatically.

What if generation fails or I cannot access my purchase?

For generation or purchased-access problems, email support@tailormysong.com with your account email, task or order ID and a short description. Do not send passwords, codes, card details or complete gift links. We reply within 5 business days of receiving a generation or purchased-access support request. We check the records and explain the outcome by email.

Will I be charged again, and can I close an unpaid order?

Packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You can leave an unpaid checkout or close an unpaid order. Closing a page or deleting an account does not cancel a completed purchase.

Who can open my song and gift page?

Your songs and orders are private to your account. Anyone with a complete, valid gift link can open that gift until it expires, is revoked or loses purchase access. Share it only with intended recipients.

Can I use the recording commercially?

Yes. Songs you purchase can be used commercially.

Can I save song places for later?

Yes. Unused places have no automatic expiry. Once a project is funded or submitted, it keeps its recipient and occasion. A different person or occasion needs another project.
