TailorMySong is an independently operated service at tailormysong.com. This policy covers your account, drafts, songs, orders, gift pages and support messages.
Features process information when you choose to use them. Signing in does not generate music, place an order or authorize a charge.
Google sign-in
We request only openid, email and profile. Google shares your account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status and profile image. We use them to sign you in, display your profile and keep your records linked to your account.
We store linked-account credentials, which may include access and ID tokens, expiry details and granted scopes. You enter your Google password only on Google. We do not request offline access, Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars.
We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising or music-model training. Google credentials are not sent with music requests. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Information you provide
We handle the stories, names, lyrics, music choices and gift messages you submit. Drafts and sign-in returns may also save information in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes local copies, not your server account.
Support emails include your address, message, attachments and delivery details. The Contact page helps prepare a note; you still need to send it by email. Do not send passwords, card details or complete private gift links.
Account and session records include timestamps and may include IP addresses and browser details. Hashed identifiers and rate-limit counters help secure access, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in and may serve your profile image. Cloudflare hosts the website and public assets, stores account records in D1 and keeps saved recordings in private R2 storage. Network requests share information such as IP addresses and browser headers with the provider handling them.
Zoho Mail handles support@tailormysong.com, including messages, attachments and delivery details. The operator can read and reply to support correspondence.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their policies explain their own practices, retention and deletion processes; we do not promise a single hosting country or immediate deletion of every provider-held copy.
Music generation
We use Suno V6 to generate music from your lyrics and preferences.
When you confirm generation, we send the song title, lyrics, style and vocal preference to Kie.ai. Names or personal details included in those fields are also sent. Google passwords and sign-in tokens are excluded; avoid unnecessary personal information.
Kie.ai processes the request and returns task and recording information. Its policies govern provider-held copies and retention. We do not independently verify model training-data provenance.
Access and security
We use HTTPS and server-side checks for accounts, songs, orders and recordings. Authorized administrators can review account, task, order and delivery information to operate the service. No security measure prevents every incident.
Anyone with a complete, valid gift link can open that gift. Share links only with intended recipients and keep them out of support messages.
Retention and deletion
Account and linked Google-account records are kept until you delete the account. There is no scheduled inactive-account purge. Session expiry is not a data-deletion deadline.
Delete your account in security settings. A recent sign-in and explicit confirmation are required. Deletion removes the application user, linked credentials and sessions, not your Google account.
Support emails are kept as needed to resolve enquiries and necessary security matters. The operator reviews them manually and removes information no longer needed. Browser drafts remain until replaced or cleared.
Rate-limit windows older than one day are removed when later limiter requests run. This does not erase every log. Downloaded files, other devices, backups and provider-held copies have separate retention limits; recordings or correspondence may need manual review. Contact us about records you want removed.
Your Google connection
You can remove TailorMySong from your Google connections. This revokes Google access but does not delete information already stored here or necessarily end an existing session. Sign out separately and use account deletion to remove your website account.
Privacy requests
Email support@tailormysong.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about your information. Include your account email, request and any relevant task or order ID.
The operator handles requests manually and checks account ownership before sharing or changing information. Do not include passwords, codes, identity documents, card details or complete gift links in the initial message.
Depending on applicable law, you may also request a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. We explain the outcome and any limits. Your request does not automatically erase records held by other providers.
Song, payment and delivery records
Song requests, recordings, orders and gift messages can be saved to your account. Waffo processes checkout and payment verification. Resend handles enabled song, order and operational emails using recipient addresses and the details included in each message.
Cloudflare D1 and private R2 store application records and saved recordings. A gift link gives the recipient access to its selected song and message. Providers retain their own records under their policies; deleting an application record does not erase every external copy.
Browser storage and external links
Sign-in uses cookies. Drafts and preferences use local storage; sign-in returns use tab-specific session storage. See our Cookie policy for names, purposes, lifetimes and controls.
External services have their own policies. Clearing this site’s storage does not clear information already held by those providers.
Children’s songs
TailorMySong is for adults aged 18 and over. Adults may create songs for children; children may not register or create songs themselves. Google sign-in does not verify age.
Use a nickname and a few interests for a child’s song. Avoid full birth dates, addresses, schools and other unnecessary identifying details. Report an underage account or inappropriate use of a child’s information to support@tailormysong.com. We review reports manually and handle restriction or deletion subject to applicable requirements and storage limits.
Policy updates
We update this policy and its effective date when our data practices change. We explain new uses of Google data and obtain additional consent where required before those uses begin.
