TailorMySong is an independently operated service for creating personalized songs from your stories or lyrics. These terms cover accounts, creation, purchases and gift delivery.
By using account or creation features, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy. Signing in does not generate music, place an order or authorize a charge. Feature availability is shown in the service.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Adults may create children’s songs; children may not register or create songs themselves. Google sign-in does not verify age.
Use an account you control, protect your Google account and sign out on shared devices. Do not share session credentials, impersonate others or access another person’s records. Report suspected misuse to support@tailormysong.com.
You can sign out or delete your account in security settings. Deleting the account, removing the Google connection and clearing browser storage are separate actions explained in our Privacy policy.
Lyrics and examples
Bring your own lyrics or start with an editable story template. Review names, facts, wording and music choices before confirming generation. The lyric starter is a template, not a human songwriter or a separate AI lyric-writing service.
Keep copies of important drafts. Public song examples show possible results, not a guaranteed performance, pronunciation, arrangement or number of versions. Listening to an example does not give you a licence to use or redistribute that recording.
Music model
We use Suno V6 to generate music from your lyrics and preferences.
Your confirmed lyrics and preferences guide AI-generated vocals and accompaniment. Results may vary or resemble existing material. Review the recording before using it; exclusivity and a specific performance are not guaranteed.
Packages and payment
Packages are one-time purchases. Each new song place covers one project and one successful generation. You can buy more places whenever needed. A completed first trial is unlocked by payment without another generation; earlier orders keep their original rights.
Payment never starts generation automatically. You confirm each request separately. Full playback, downloads and gift delivery require verified payment and saved recordings. Review the package, price and purchase rules before paying.
Purchases, refunds and cancellations
Purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. We do not provide cash refunds, in full or in part.
Generation uses platform credits. Review your lyrics, previews and package before paying. This rule covers single songs, packages and unused places, including changes of mind or creative preferences. Payment never starts a new generation automatically.
The $69 package provides 3 song places, each with one successful generation. You can buy more packages whenever needed. Payment unlocks a completed first trial without another generation; earlier orders keep their original rights. Packages cannot be refunded in full or in part. Unused places and returned generation rights cannot be exchanged for cash.
Packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You can leave an unpaid checkout or close an unpaid order. Closing a page or deleting an account does not cancel a completed purchase.
No refund request period is offered. Unused or returned generation rights have no cash value.
For generation or purchased-access problems, email support@tailormysong.com with your account email, task or order ID and a short description. Do not send passwords, codes, card details or complete gift links.
We reply within 5 business days of receiving a generation or purchased-access support request. We check the records and explain the outcome by email.
If verified payment does not unlock your song or delivery fails, we investigate and work to restore access or complete delivery. This does not convert your purchase into a cash refund.
After a confirmed failure, your generation round is returned for a retry you confirm, subject to project attempt limits. This is not a cash refund. Pending or uncertain requests stay reserved until checked and are not automatically resubmitted.
Your content and commercial use
You keep the rights to your existing words. You allow the technical processing needed for features you choose, including saving drafts and generating music. This does not give us permission to publish your private story as a promotional example.
Songs you purchase can be used commercially. You must have the rights to material you provide. Commercial use does not imply exclusive ownership or guaranteed copyright protection.
Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights. Use only the personal details needed for the song. Report a rights concern to support@tailormysong.com.
Prohibited content
These rules apply to stories, lyrics, titles, recordings and gift messages. Do not create or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content, including pornography, sexual exploitation and non-consensual sexual material.
- Graphic violence or gore, including torture, dismemberment or encouragement of violent harm.
- Hate speech or threats targeting race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors or other child endangerment.
- Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, including harmful or misleading use of a real person’s identity or voice without permission.
- Infringement of rights: material that violates copyright, trademarks or privacy, or falsely claims endorsement.
Reports and review
Email support@tailormysong.com with the subject “Content report”. Describe the concern and include a public URL or task/order ID if available. No account is needed to report. Do not send passwords, card details, complete gift links or illegal material involving children.
The operator manually reviews reports and may request limited information or verify account ownership. Browser-only drafts are not routinely sent for review. If we cannot access an item, we may request a safe identifier or contact the relevant provider.
Confirmed violations may lead to a refused request, restricted account, blocked generation or removal of public content. We may ask the sender or provider to restrict affected gift or hosted content. A report alone does not delete an account, refund an order or change paid rights.
We explain outcomes where appropriate without exposing another person’s information. Reply to the same address to request reconsideration. Serious concerns may be referred to a provider or competent authority when appropriate or required.
We do not claim that every draft or recording is reviewed before use. Reports are handled manually, not continuously; no fixed response time is promised. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
Generation and delivery
A generation request needs your confirmation and an available right. Shared capacity, budget protections and failed-attempt limits may delay or pause requests. An uncertain submission is checked before another attempt is sent.
One generation may return multiple versions of the same song; they share a song place. A completed song does not include free revisions. A different result needs a new project and another place. Precise editing of part of a finished recording is not offered.
Create a gift after payment is verified and recordings are saved. A complete, valid gift link grants access to its song and message. No fixed generation or delivery time is guaranteed.
Availability and support
Features may change or pause for maintenance, security or capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular music result. Necessary restrictions may be applied to prevent misuse; email support@tailormysong.com to request review.
Generation and purchased-access support follows the five-business-day response above. Other enquiries have no fixed response time. The Contact page helps prepare a note; send it by email to contact us.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Updates and contact
We update these terms and their effective date when rules change, explain material changes and obtain additional agreement where required. Existing sign-in never authorizes future purchases.
